“Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!”

“The day staff was amazing! Engaging and welcoming. One of the entrances wouldn't register my card to let me in, the other didn't need a card, we just walked in. Having to exchange our towels to get fresh ones was not a comfortable experience. The fire alarm and evacuation at 5 am the day of our event was unavoidable but still disturbing.”

“The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool was freezing cold and the water was cloudy. The breakfast is alright although the selection is very limited and commercial. Not bad overall but the pool situation was a disappointment. Management needs to look into this.”

“Gross and disgusting room. First room smelled of weed and had a CBD cartridge in the drawer. The bedbug cover was torn and stained; underneath had small black specs. We were offered a second room which, upon entering smelled strongly of bleach and other cleaning supplies. I inspected the beds to which I found large, brownish, red stains and splotches all over the underskirt. We were offered a third room and declined, nauseated by what we saw. Asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one...

“Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.”
